In this model, for each project, we create a team with appropriate technical and managerial skill sets, with full time team members involved in the project for its entire duration from start to signoff.
Typically this team is responsible for developing/testing the Application with a coordinator working with the client onsite for the entire life cycle of the project.
Real time communication is maintained within the distributed team using conference calls, video conferencing, Web collaboration tools, instant messaging and e-mail.
